PROFESSIONAL

Dr. Rashidah Sukor has served as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Food Science, Faculty of Food Science and Technology, UPM since 2013. Upon joining the Faculty, she was appointed as the Coordinator for Master of Food Safety and Quality Assurance programme. She currently holds the position as the Head of Department since 2021. Her areas of expertise include Food Science, Food Safety and Diagnostics. She has successfully developed rapid detection methods for determination of toxin, drug and allergen in food.
