Dr. Rashidah Sukor berkhidmat sebagai Pensyarah Kanan di Jabatan Sains Makanan, Fakulti Sains dan Teknologi Makanan, UPM sejak 2013. Sejurus menyertai Fakulti, beliau telah dilantik sebagai Penyelaras bagi program Master Keselamatan dan Pemastian Kualiti Makanan. Beliau kini memegang jawatan sebagai Ketua Jabatan sejak 2021. Bidang kepakaran beliau termasuk Sains Makanan, Keselamatan Makanan dan Diagnostik. Beliau telah berjaya membangunkan kaedah pengesanan pantas untuk penentuan toksin, dadah dan alergen dalam makanan.
