Dr. Nurul Afiqah Zulkifly joined Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in the early 2022, shortly after she graduated from her PhD in 2021. She is currently based at the Department of Professional Development & Continuing Education, Faculty of Educational Studies. Within the field of Human Resource Development, her specialisation and current research interests involve training and development and leadership.

She is currently a co-researcher for Putra Graduate Initiative Grants and a working committee of the Putra Future Classroom. She is also a working committee of the international collaboration between UNESCO-ICHEI and UPM in an effort to develop an International Institute of Online Education Center at UPM and a Smart Classroom to empower online learning among students, lecturers and society.
