1. In a narration it is said, "For every alms to a creature who has a living heart (heart), will get the reward of goodness. A Muslim who plants plants or plants that are then eaten by birds, humans, or animals, then for him as alms. " (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim).
2. In another hadith, Rasulullah was once asked by one of his companions, "Is there a reward for doing good to animals for us?"
Then the Prophet said, "In every living thing there is a reward." (HR. Bukhari & Muslim).
3. Getting Mercy in the Hereafter
Someone who loves animals such as cats and other animals, including slaughtered animals, will get blessings from Allah SWT on the Day of Judgment.
"Whoever loves even for slaughtered animals, surely God will have mercy on him on the Day of Judgment." (HR. Bukhari)
4. Meanwhile, the reward of alms is explained by Allah SWT in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 261 which means:
"The parable of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a grain which grows seven grains, in each grain a hundred grains. Allah multiplies (reward) for whom He wills. And Allah is All-Embracing. (His grace) is All-Knowing. " (QS. Al-Baqarah: 261).
