Dr. Noor Zafira Noor Hasnan is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Process and Food Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Her research focuses on Food and Process Systems Engineering, with particular interests in the application of Internet of Things (IoT), cloud-based food safety management systems, system optimisation, systems modelling and simulation, and the digital transformation of food manufacturing operations. In addition to her research, she provides consultancy services in food factory design, food safety, and food manufacturing operations.
