Dr. Mohd Najmi Daud is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Human Development and Family Studies, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and a registered Clinical Psychologist. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), before earning his PhD in Psychology from Massey University, New Zealand. With deep expertise in Psychopathology and qualitative research, he currently offers consultancy services for mental health disorders at the PsiTra Psychology & Consultation Clinic (PKPK), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). In addition to his extensive teaching experience at various prestigious institutions, including Universiti Malaya (UM), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Selangor (UNISEL), and Xiamen University Malaysia (XMU), he is actively involved in global research and publications focusing on adolescent mental health, conduct disorders, and aggression. Dr. Mohd Najmi serves as a postgraduate supervisor at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and a clinical supervisor for clinical psychology trainees at Taylor’s University. He is also an active member of several international professional organizations, including the Malaysian Psychological Association (PSIMA), the International Society for the Study of Behavioral Development (ISSBD), and the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP).
