Dr. Rosmah Mohamed is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), with over 20 years of academic experience. She has taught human resource management, human resource development, and organisational development at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Rosmah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness and a Master’s in Human Resource Development from UPM. She obtained her PhD in Human Resource Management from Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University, United Kingdom. Her research interests include HRM best practices, employee performance, and workplace behaviour. Her work has been published in leading journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Manpower, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, and SAGE Open. She also serves on the editorial boards of several local and international journals.

Previously, Dr. Rosmah led the “Retirement Strategic Agenda” research project in collaboration with the Retirement Fund (KWAP) and the Malaysian Research Institute on Ageing (MyAgeing™), which produced impactful insights and policy recommendations for the Malaysian government and society.

Currently, she serves as the Graduate Coordinator for Human Resource Management and Organisation at the School of Business and Economics.
