Dr. Rosmah Mohamed ialah Pensyarah Kanan dalam bidang Pengurusan Sumber Manusia di Sekolah Perniagaan dan Ekonomi, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) dengan pengalaman akademik melebihi 20 tahun. Beliau telah mengajar kursus pengurusan sumber manusia, pembangunan sumber manusia, dan pembangunan organisasi di peringkat pra siswazah dan pascasiswazah di Malaysia, United Kingdom, dan Arab Saudi.

Dr. Rosmah memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda Agribisnis dan Ijazah Sarjana dalam Pembangunan Sumber Manusia daripada UPM. Beliau memperoleh Ijazah Doktor Falsafah (PhD) dalam Pengurusan Sumber Manusia dari Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University, United Kingdom. Bidang penyelidikan beliau merangkumi amalan terbaik HRM, prestasi pekerja, dan tingkah laku di tempat kerja. Hasil penyelidikannya telah diterbitkan dalam jurnal berindeks terkemuka seperti International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Manpower, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, dan SAGE Open. Beliau juga menganggotai lembaga editorial bagi beberapa jurnal tempatan dan antarabangsa.

Sebelum ini, Dr. Rosmah telah mengetuai projek penyelidikan “Retirement Strategic Agenda” dengan kerjasama Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (KWAP) dan Institut Penyelidikan Penuaan Malaysia (MyAgeing™), yang telah menghasilkan dapatan serta cadangan dasar yang memberi impak positif kepada kerajaan dan masyarakat Malaysia.

Kini, beliau berkhidmat sebagai Penyelaras Siswazah bagi bidang Pengurusan Sumber Manusia dan Organisasi di Sekolah Perniagaan dan Ekonomi.
