Dr Rafidah Hod
MD (UKM), MSc Med Education (USM), PhD Physiology (UM)
She is a senior medical lecturer in physiology and medical education. She was the former Honorary Secretary of Malaysian Education in Medicine and Health Sciences (2013 – 2019).
Her research areas of interest include endocrine disrupting chemicals, simulation in education, technology enhanced learning, assessment in education. She has conducted various workshops on faculty development and is actively involved in curriculum review and accreditation exercise. She is one of the SMIM (Structured Medical Internship Module) creators in UPM. Currently, she is exploring applications of Structured Equation Modelling and Rasch Measurement in medical education.
