We are delighted to congratulate Ms. Nurul Izzah Mohd Fauzi on receiving the Gold Award at the Final Year Project Exhibition (FYPEX) 2026, held on 28–29 July 2026 at the Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
Her award-winning project, "Improving HACCP Implementation for GMP-Certified Food Manufacturers Through Cloud-Based Technology," presents an innovative digital solution to support food manufacturers in developing and managing Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems. By leveraging cloud-based technology, the project aims to simplify HACCP implementation, improve documentation efficiency, and strengthen food safety management practices, particularly for food manufacturers seeking HACCP certification.
This achievement reflects the successful integration of systems engineering and digital technologies to address real-world challenges in the food industry. The project also demonstrates the importance of industry-academia collaboration in advancing innovative and practical solutions for food safety and digital transformation.
The project was made possible through the strong support and collaboration of our industry and international partners, including Cubixi Worldwide (M) Sdn. Bhd., Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI), Thara Asia Sdn. Bhd., Universitas Brawijaya (Indonesia), and Kyushu Institute of Technology (Japan).
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Nurul Izzah Mohd Fauzi on this well-deserved recognition and wish her continued success in her future academic and professional endeavors
