The Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA) 2025 is an international exhibition that brings together key players in the defense, aerospace, and maritime industries. This event serves as a major platform for exposure to advanced technologies and the latest innovations. In this context, a delegation from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), comprising approximately 60 students, participated in a study visit to LIMA 2025, traveling by two buses.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to witness aerial and maritime demonstrations, explore exhibition booths from local and international companies, and interact with industry representatives. This exposure provided a clear understanding of real-world applications and career opportunities in related fields, complementing their academic studies.
Participation in LIMA 2025 not only enriched the students’ academic experience but also strengthened the link between educational institutions and industry, contributing to the development of a more competent and competitive workforce.
