The 6th Engineering Research Symposium (EUReS), organized by the School of Engineering (SOE), UOW Malaysia, was held on 23–24 April 2025 under the theme “Synergizing Innovation & Engineering for a Carbon-Free Tomorrow.” The event aimed to showcase a wide range of Capstone and undergraduate research projects addressing key engineering challenges and promoting sustainable practices.
The FYP judging session took place on 24 April 2025 from 8:15 AM to 2:45 PM. During this session, participants presented their research outcomes and project demonstrations. Each project was assessed based on innovation, engineering application, potential impact, and presentation skills.
The symposium provided an excellent platform for students to display their research work and receive constructive feedback from academics and industry professionals. Overall, the event successfully fostered research culture, encouraged innovation, and inspired students to pursue excellence in engineering solutions for a sustainable future.
