1. Impact
• Save visitors time, reduce manpower, lower costs and improve the image of the department
• Easy for non-IT or administration staff to develop on their own office building map with simple animation.
• Easy to use by the visitor that familiar with the simple animation from MS PowerPoint. – just a single cl
• Using simple software namely MS PowerPoint, Paint software and mobile apps to make sure that map can run with low specification desktop – to reduce the budget on hardware.
• Updated and maintenance can be handled without the expertise of an IT Officer.
• Increase the image department with the simple innovation
2. Outcome
• Module can train the staff too come out of the own custom map version.
• The innovation is shared with the UPM Vice Chancellor’s Office and applied at
o Putra Science Park
o Institute of Social Science Studies and
o Faculty of Educational Studies, Universiti Putra Malaysia
