Professor Dr. Soh Kim Lam
Ph.D (Critical Care Nursing) (Curtin,AUS),MHSc(Critical Care Nursing)(AUT, NZ), RN

Professor Dr. Soh Kim Lam is the Head of the Nursing Department. She had join UPM in the year of 2000. Since she has focused her efforts and dedicated her time to upgrading the nursing profession in Malaysia, her Ph.D. focused on preventing intensive care complications under Professor Patricia Davidson, the Dean of Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, United States. Her area of research includes nursing, critical care, health education, and health promotion. She has received several research grants at the university, national and international levels. She is currently supervising several Master and Ph.D. students, and she is the author of more than 60 peer-reviewed papers.
