BIODATA

Muhammad Abdul Rahim bin Habib telah berkhidmat di Universiti Putra Malaysia Sarawak selama 17 tahun

Beliau sekarang merupakan Pegawai Psikologi S12 di Universiti Putra Malaysia Kampus Bintulu Sarawak bermula tahun 2008 hingga sekarang.

Menyentuh tentang latarbelakang pendidikan, beliau merupakan graduan dari Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) dan telah mendapat Ijazah Sarjana Muda Kaunseling dengan Kepujian pada tahun 2006 dan telah mendapat Master Pendidikan Bimbingan dan Kaunseling dari Universiti Putra Malaysia.

Antara pencapaian beliau, beliau pernah mendapat Anugerah Kecemerlangan dari Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Sarawak pada tahun 2017 atas sumbangan dalam Sarawak Civil Service Communities of Practice (SCS-COP). Beliau pernah memenangi Pingat Perak dalam Invention & Innovation Award 2018,The 17th Malaysia Technology Expo 2018 (MTE 2018), Pingat Emas di Inovasi Kaunseling pada Konvensyen Kaunseling Kebangsaan kali ke-20 di Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia dan Pingat Perak di Innovation Technology Expo (INTEX 2017) di Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. Sepanjang perkhidmatan beliau telah menghasilkan 5 buku dan satu bab dalam buku yang bertemakan psikologi dan kaunseling.

Menyentuh tentang latihan kepakaran yang di ikuti, beliau telah ditauliahkan sebagai Pengamal NLP oleh National Federation of Neuro Lingustic Programming dari Amerika Syarikat. Antara kursus NLP yang dihadiri ialah Assessing Personal Genius (APG/NS), Language and Behavioral Profile (SS/Canada), Certified NLP Coaching (ANLPM / M'Sia) dan Trainer NLP for Student (ANLPM/Msia). Beliau juga merupakan pemegang tauliah Laughter Yoga Leader dari India dan Sidek Personality Test Certification.

Antara agensi yang terlibat dalam konsultasi beliau ialah LPPKN, Jabatan Ketua Menteri Sarawak, Bintulu Development Authority, Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, Insititut Kemahiran MARA, Maktab Rendah Sains MARA, Hospital Columbia Bintulu, Institusi Pengajian Tinggi, sekolah-sekolah rendah dan menengah serta pelbagai agensi awam dan swasta.



Muhammad Abdul Rahim bin Habib is a Psychology Officer S48 at Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Sarawak Campus from 2008 until now. He had previously served at Yayasan Kemajuan Insan (YAKIN), an NGO under the Sarawak State Government as a Volunteer Officer in 2006.

Touching on his educational background, he is a graduate from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling with Honors in 2006 and obtained a Master's in Education Guidance and Counseling from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2022.

His expertise is in Individual and group Counseling techniques and the construction of intervention modules.

Among his achievements, he received an Excellence Award from the Sarawak State Secretary in 2017 for his contribution to the Sarawak Civil Service Communities of Practice (SCS-COP). He has won the Silver Medal in the Invention & Innovation Award 2018, The 17th Malaysia Technology Expo 2018 (MTE 2018), the Gold Medal in Counseling Innovation at the 20th National Counseling Convention at the National University of Malaysia and the Silver Medal at the Innovation Technology Expo (INTEX 2017 ) at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak.

Touching on the specialist training he followed, he was commissioned as an NLP Practitioner by the National Federation of Neuro Lingustic Programming from the United States. Among the NLP courses attended are Assessing Personal Genius (APG/NS), Language and Behavioral Profile (SS/Canada), Certified NLP Coaching (ANLPM / M'Sia) and Trainer NLP for Student (ANLPM/Msia). He is also a holder of Laughter Yoga Leader from India and Sidek Personality Test Certification.
