Hello, I am Dr. Thew HZ, a Family Medicine Specialist and Medical Lecturer at Universiti Putra Malaysia. My clinical experience has been gained both in rural clinics and in urban centers. I believe we have evolved too fast; it's time to change the things we handle. My research interests include non-communicable diseases (diabetes and obesity), health behavior change, telemedicine, precision medicine in diabetes and obesity, and medical interventions.
