1RIA4U then rebrand as Ezi-SPK : Development of Working Procedures for Management and Implementation of Research and Innovation Based on User Needs and Comply with Malaysian Standards Standard MS ISO 9001: 2008

• The module is to guide the ISO document practitioner or facilitator to combine and reduce the numerous procedure and guidelines to become more effective for a single scope of the main process.
• Advantages of the module ;

4. Complies with MS ISO 9001: 2008 standards
• Modules are used to develop Procedures & Guidelines for Research & Innovation Management (UPM/PU/PY/P001) Universiti Putra Malaysia under the leadership of the TNCPI Office
• 1 copyright module of Ezi-SPK
2. Outcome
• Successfully combined 17 Procedures & 27 Guidelines (GP) of UPM research & innovation into 1 Procedure and 3 GP - under the leadership of TNCPI Office that meets the current MS ISO 9001: 2015 and been implemented at UPM until today.
